Going down beach street, we see this car. It has a handmade student driver placard taped to the back. The car is full of people. My passenger takes my phone and takes this video. It is really hard to see....but it was an old man bundled up like an eskimo...he could barely see over the steering wheel. One of the funniest things I have ever seen.....along with the handmade sign....
